We are now expanding our footprint into the Swiss watch category, targeting entry to mid-range luxury watches and looking for a driven professional to spearhead this exciting new vertical.Role Overview:We are seeking a senior executive with deep experience in Swiss watch trading, especially in procurement and wholesale B2B. This is a newly created role, ideal for someone who has strong relationships with Swiss watch suppliers, understands international watch trade dynamics, and has a keen eye for securing competitive prices.You'll join a fast-paced team of product specialists and work independently to build our Swiss watch portfolio from scratch — focusing on sourcing, pricing, inventory, and international B2B trading.Key Responsibilities:Identify and onboard international suppliers for Swiss watches (e.g., Tissot, Tag Heuer, Grand Seiko, Rolex, etc.)Negotiate pricing and purchasing terms to ensure competitive procurement and healthy marginsManage B2B trading operations, including supplier coordination and customer fulfilmentBuild and maintain a pipeline of key accounts (buyers, resellers, and trading partners internationally)Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot trading opportunities and pricing trendsHandle inventory planning, Excel-based pricing sheets, and margin analysisCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions, documentation, and logisticsRepresent the company at international trade events and travel for supplier meetings as requiredRequirements:Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Swiss watch wholesale trading (procurement or distribution side)Strong network of Swiss watch suppliers is essential; customer database is a plusDeep knowledge of entry to mid-range Swiss watch brands and market pricing trendsExcellent skills in negotiation, sourcing, and supplier relationship managementHigh proficiency in Excel and experience working with trading and pricing sheetsFluent in English; other languages (e.g., Arabic, French, or German) are a plusBased in Dubai or willing to relocate; willing to travel internationally as neededEntrepreneurial mindset with market intuition, reliability, and speed of execution
