Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless access points across factory and office locations.
• Administer and maintain Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware/Hyper-V).
• Implement and manage endpoint protection, antivirus, patch management, and backup solutions.
• Ensure business continuity through proper disaster recovery planning and backup procedures.
• Support SAP and other enterprise systems by ensuring infrastructure readiness and access security.
• Monitor and enforce IT security controls including firewall rules, VPN access, and network segmentation.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to deploy and support IT infrastructure for production equipment, labeling systems, and factory floor systems.
• Conduct regular system health checks, vulnerability assessments, and security audits.
• Manage Office 365 (email, Teams, SharePoint) and integrate with security tools like Microsoft Defender and Intune (MDM).
• Document network diagrams, IT SOPs, asset inventories, and incident logs.
• Provide day to day IT support and Level 2/3 support for escalated hardware, server, and network-related issues.
