Production Manager (French Speaking) Location: Dubai (3–6 months) → Burkina Faso (Permanent Placement) Industry: Metal Processing Plant About the Role We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee and lead the operations of a metal processing plant. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing industrial operations, exceptional leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset to ensure efficiency, compliance, and profitability across all processes. The role will begin with a 3–6-month training and transition period in Dubai, after which the selected candidate will relocate to Burkina Faso to take full operational charge of the plant. • Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality control and logistics • Develop and execute operational strategies to ensure optimal performance and adherence to global standards. • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Manage budgets, cost control, and efficiency improvement initiatives. • Prepare regular operational reports for senior management. • Supervises the full refining cycle, including smelting, chemical refining, electrolysis, filtration, and casting. Ensures that standard operating procedures are followed and continuously improved. • Ensures all gold products meet required purity standards and customer specifications.
