HR Records & ComplianceMaintain accurate employee records (HRIS, payroll data, attendance).Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.Prepare HR reports and dashboards as needed.5. Performance ManagementAssist in performance appraisal processes.Support managers in goal-setting and employee development activities.6. Training & DevelopmentCoordinate employee training programs and track participation.Identify skill gaps and recommend development initiatives.
