We are seeking experienced AutoCAD 2D Draughtsmen for the following disciplines: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Structural, and Architectural, to join our team for ongoing and upcoming projects. The ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in their respective field, strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, and an ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. UAE-based experience is preferred, and immediate joiners will be prioritized.Key Responsibilities:HVAC Draughtsman:Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings for HVAC systems, including ductwork, ventilation, and piping layouts.Coordinate with engineers to develop technical solutions and ensure compliance with relevant building codes.Produce shop drawings, as-built drawings, and system coordination drawings.Ensure design accuracy and troubleshoot any issues in system layouts.Plumbing Draughtsman:Create 2D AutoCAD drawings for plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and waste management systems.Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure system designs meet project specifications and local codes.Prepare detailed schematics and piping diagrams for installation and construction purposes.Ensure drawings are aligned with other trades for system integration and coordination.Electrical Draughtsman:Draft electrical layouts for power, lighting, and low-voltage systems in 2D AutoCAD.Produce single-line diagrams, circuit diagrams, and panel layouts for electrical distribution.Work closely with electrical engineers to ensure designs are aligned with safety standards and project requirements.Assist in preparing as-built drawings, cable tray layouts, and conduit routing diagrams.Structural Draughtsman:Prepare detailed structural drawings, including foundation layouts, beams, columns, and other structural elements.Work closely with structural engineers to draft construction plans and structural details in 2D AutoCAD.Ensure structural drawings comply with local building codes and engineering specifications.Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve any design conflicts.Architectural Draughtsman:Prepare architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details using AutoCAD.Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure design accuracy and compliance with building codes.Create detailed layouts for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.Assist with the preparation of construction documents, ensuring all drawings are up-to-date and aligned with the latest design changes.Qualifications & Requirements:Education:Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.Experience:Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in AutoCAD 2D drafting in your specialized field (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Structural, or Architectural).UAE experience is preferred; candidates with prior experience working on construction or MEP projects in the UAE will be prioritized.Skills:Proficient in AutoCAD 2D (experience with other CAD software is a plus).Strong understanding of design, drafting standards, and local regulations.Ability to read, interpret, and create technical drawings.Familiarity with industry-specific codes and standards (UAE-based standards preferred).Good communication and collaboration skills.Other Requirements:Immediate joiners only.Must be able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Field Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing payment follow-ups, collecting cheques, and ensuring that outstanding payments are collected on time. The role requires traveling to client locations, building strong relationships with customers, and maintaining accurate records of all payment activities. A valid driving license and the ability to operate a vehicle are essential for this role.Key Responsibilities:Payment Follow-ups:Contact clients and customers for overdue payments via phone calls, emails, or in-person visits.Maintain a detailed record of communication, including dates, amounts, and client responses.Coordinate with the accounts department to track pending payments and ensure timely follow-ups.Cheque Collection:Visit client locations to collect payment cheques as per the agreed terms and schedules.Ensure that cheques collected are accurately recorded and deposited into the company’s bank account.Verify that the cheque details are correct, including payee name, amount, and date.Documentation and Reporting:Keep detailed records of all payments collected, outstanding amounts, and client communications.Prepare daily or weekly reports on collections status and submit them to the supervisor/manager.Ensure all documentation, including receipts and cheques, is handled securely and accurately.Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain good relationships with clients to facilitate timely payments and resolve any issues related to payments.Provide excellent customer service while ensuring that payment collections are carried out professionally and courteously.Field Visits:Travel to client locations, businesses, or offices within the designated area to follow up on payments and collect cheques.Ensure all travel expenses are tracked and reported according to company policies.Compliance & Security:Adhere to company policies, including security protocols for handling payments and cheques.Ensure all collections are compliant with legal and financial regulations.Skills & Qualifications:Any Graduation, additional certifications in finance or business is a plus.Proven experience in payment collection, debt recovery, or a similar role.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Good organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and email communication.A reliable vehicle for travel (if applicable).Key Personal Attributes:Professional and polite demeanor.Strong problem-solving abilities.Self-motivated and target-driven.Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.Adaptability to changing schedules and client needs.Working Conditions:The role involves regular field visits, so the candidate must be willing to travel within UAEFlexible working hours may be required depending on client availability and payment schedules.
