Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Accountant with experience in real estate to join our team in Dubai. This is an Admin cum Accounting position ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and capable of managing both financial records and administrative tasks.Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate accounting records using TallyPrepare and manage tenancy contracts and related documentationHandle filing, record-keeping, and general administrative supportExecute Excel-based reports, including use of formulas (VLOOKUP, PIVOT Table, etc.)Draft and respond to professional emailsAssist with accounts receivable/payable, bank reconciliations, and petty cashLiaise with clients and tenants, providing clear communication and support
