We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage transportation, inventory coordination, and order fulfillment activities. The candidate will ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.Key Responsibilities1. Transportation & DistributionPlan and coordinate dispatch of goods to customers and warehousesLiaise with transporters, freight forwarders, and courier partnersTrack shipments and ensure on-time deliveryResolve transportation issues and delays2. Inventory & Warehouse CoordinationMonitor stock levels and maintain inventory recordsCoordinate with warehouse team for receiving and dispatchConduct periodic stock auditsEnsure proper storage and space utilization3. Order ProcessingProcess sales orders and prepare dispatch documentationVerify invoices, packing lists, and delivery challansEnsure accurate and timely order fulfillmentHandle returns and reverse logistics4. Documentation & CompliancePrepare shipping and logistics documentsEnsure compliance with company policies and regulationsMaintain accurate records for reporting and audits5. Vendor & Cost ManagementNegotiate freight rates with transportersMonitor logistics expenses and control costsEvaluate vendor performance6. ReportingPrepare daily/weekly/monthly logistics reportsTrack KPIs such as on-time delivery and order accuracyUpdate ERP system with shipment and inventory dataQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field2–4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systemsStrong communication and coordination skillsGood problem-solving abilityAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesJAFZA experience is plus
