Position: International Business Development ExecutiveDepartment: SalesLocation: Dubai, UAEReporting to: General Manager – SalesCompany: Resolute Dynamics (Automotive Safety Solutions) ObjectiveTo develop and manage international markets (primarily Saudi Arabia, Oman, Singapore, Africa, and other GCC regions) for our automotive safety solutions including speed limiters, GPS tracking devices, and telematics products. Key Responsibilities:Identify, develop, and onboard distributors, resellers, and corporate clients across international markets.Conduct market research and competitor analysis for target regions.Handle regulatory approvals, vendor registrations, and tender processes in new countries.Lead B2B sales meetings and close high-value deals with government, fleet operators, rental companies, and OEMs.Collaborate with the technical and marketing team to align sales strategy with product features and local requirements.Represent the company at international exhibitions and trade shows.Maintain CRM reports, sales funnel, and forecasting for assigned territories. Candidate Requirements:Experience: Minimum 0-2 years in B2B international sales or business developmentIndustry Background: Automotive, Telematics, IoT, Electronics, or Fleet Solutions preferredGeography Experience: Must have handled GCC, Africa, or Southeast Asia marketsEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, or related fieldSkills:Strong communication and negotiation skillsFamiliar with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)Tech-savvy with ability to explain technical products in simple termsCultural sensitivity and experience in cross-border sellingOther:UAE Driving License preferredWilling to travel internationallyFluency in English; Arabic or French is an advantageCompensation: 3500 - 5000 AEDVisa + International Travel Expense + Incentives
