Create a safe, inclusive, stimulating, and well-organized classroom environment.
Promote positive behavior, independence, collaboration, and social skills.
Implement effective classroom management strategies suitable for early years learners.
Assessment & Reporting
Observe, assess, and document student progress using formative and summative assessment methods.
Maintain accurate student records, portfolios, and progress reports.
Provide regular feedback to parents on students’ academic and developmental progress.
Student Well-Being
Support students’ emotional, social, and physical well-being.
Identify learning or developmental concerns and collaborate with SEN staff, counselors, and leadership when required.
Ensure child safeguarding and well-being policies are followed at all times.
Parent Communication
Build positive relationships with parents and guardians.
Communicate effectively through meetings, reports, and school platforms.
Participate in parent-teacher conferences, workshops, and school events.
Professional Responsibilities
Collaborate with grade-level teams, teaching assistants, and specialists.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school activities.
Uphold school policies, procedures, and professional standards.
Contribute positively to the school culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
