Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Front Desk Manager to oversee daily operations of our spa facility, while also being responsible for meeting sales and revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive sales performance. The Spa Manager will ensure the highest standards of service, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Operational ManagementOversee      all aspects of spa operations, including staff scheduling, inventory,      hygiene, and customer service.Ensure      smooth daily operations of all spa services including massage, skincare,      salon, and wellness treatments.Implement      and maintain standard operating procedures and policies.Sales & Revenue GenerationDevelop      and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets     for spa treatments, retail products, and membership packages.Track      and analyze sales performance .Upsell      services and retail products and train team members on effective sales      techniques.Launch      promotions, seasonal offers, and loyalty programs to increase revenue and      client retention.Team LeadershipRecruit,      train, and supervise spa staff including therapists, receptionists, and      support personnel.Conduct      regular staff meetings, performance reviews, and incentive programs based      on sales targets.Motivate      and coach the team to deliver exceptional service and exceed sales goals.Customer ServiceHandle      guest concerns and feedback professionally to ensure high satisfaction.Maintain      a strong presence on the spa floor to interact with guests and oversee      service quality.Budget & Inventory ManagementManage      the spa budget, control costs, and ensure profitability.Oversee      inventory and ordering of supplies and retail products.Requirements:Proven      experience as a Front Desk Manager or similar leadership role in a      luxury spa or hospitality setting.Strong      sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Excellent      leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Knowledge      of spa services, wellness trends, and retail operations.Ability      to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Achievement      of monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets.Customer      satisfaction and retention rates.Retail      product sales per client.Staff      productivity and performance.Operational      cost control and profitability.Preferred Qualifications:Degree      or diploma in Hospitality, Business Management, or Spa Management.
