Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS, employee records, payroll coordination, and leave management.Manage recruitment processes for faculty and administrative roles, including credential verification and visa processing.Ensure compliance with university policies, labor laws, and accreditation requirements (CAA, KHDA, international standards).Handle employee relations, performance management cycles, and HR policy updates.Coordinate training, development programs, HR reporting, and workforce planning.Work closely with PRO/government relations team on immigration, visas, and renewals.Provide HR support to academic leadership and ensure smooth semester start-ups.
