Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of fire fighting systems (FM-200, CO2, water sprinklers, hydrants, etc.)Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance of fire pumps, sprinklers, fire hose reels, fire extinguishers, and alarm systemsTroubleshoot and repair faults in fire suppression systems and equipmentEnsure compliance with local fire safety regulations, codes, and standards (e.g., NFPA, QCDD)Respond promptly to fire alarms, emergency calls, or system malfunctionsConduct pressure and flow tests to verify system functionality and performanceMaintain accurate service logs, inspection checklists, and equipment reportsCoordinate with civil defense authorities and attend inspections when requiredAssist in training staff on the proper use of fire safety equipment and emergency protocolsMaintain tools, equipment, and work area in safe and good working condition

To supervise and control the installation, maintenance, repair and testing of a wide range of mechanical equipment in a safe manner, in accordance with procedures and accepted technical standards.The equipment includes, but not limited to cooling towers, condensers & chilled water pumps, Tertiary pumps, ozone generators, air compressors, fire pumps, water treatment systems, Sanitary fixtures, vacuum pumps, wet and dry sprinkler systems, pipework related to water and irrigation systems and associated equipment like motorized valves, etc.Strong knowledge of all rotating equipment (Pumps & compressors)The implementation of preventive & corrective maintenance activities for all the mechanical equipment (Pumps, compressors, engines, gear reducers & valves)Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults and supervise time-critical equipment repairs.Schedule and obtain project material and manpowerCreating Root cause analysis for the equipment breakdown cases.
