You will be based in Doha and will be part of team responsible for generating business through selling HVAC solutions to contractors & clients and driving the growth of business for install division segment for Building Technology and Solutions with particular focus on HVAC portfolio.Based in Doha, the role shall emphasize in bringing in sales and installation solutions among new construction projects in Qatar region for HVAC Systems, with the growth of our market share with key and target customers in Qatar and driving the business to a defined volume.How you will do itAs an Experienced Senior Sales Engineer you will have an understanding and knowledge of our product portfolio among HVAC solutions and you will work closely with the customers to meet their expectations in order to close the new opportunities.. You will carry out site audits and suggest new ideas for site improvements to our existing customers or any new customer who has active installation base.As a Senior Sales Engineer you will develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company product offerings qualify and prioritize opportunities and maintain appropriate territory records, develop financial justifications, prepare proposals, make presentations and perform necessary follow ups for successful closing of the sale. You will Interface effectively with operations to deliver and improve service delivery. You will maintain established accounts through regular customer contact in pursuit of follow of sales.You are focused to seek and develop long term customer relationships, and self-motivated to drive your territory growth. The Project Manager – HVAC, ESCO Systems is a key role directly reporting to Branch Manager. You will be based in Qatar and will be a part of a growing team and be responsible for driving the growth of business for HVAC, ESCO Systems.You will lead the project management efforts on designing and execution of projects. You will manage the assigned engineering projects, QA/QC policies, performance standards, specifications and will interact daily with customers to interpret their needs and requirements and map them in the field and coordinate with internal stakeholders.How you will do itAs an experienced Project Manager, you should have expertise in project execution and advance knowledge of designing of HVAC solutions involving Chillers, AHU, FCUs, Energy solutions in the Middle East region. You have to;Initiate and respond to contractual issues throughout contract & Project phase.Monitor project progress and prepare project progress reports and represent company in customer project, quality and HSE meetings.Responsible for formal (letter)/ informal (verbal) communication with customers and for invoicing processing and collection of payments from customers.Be responsible for preparation of technical submittals and submission to customers and responsible for production and issuance of design drawings/ calculation.Prepare and comply with project quality plan and Inspection & test plans and ensure full compliance of project with specification and customer requirement.Assume full responsibility for cost management of the projects, Prepare and submit monthly project cost reports to senior management for review.Initiate change process to manage variations to contract and Follow project to completion and ensure final payment.Ensure key milestone dates are met – if delays occur, then to develop plan to bring the project back on the track.Manage all allocated resources and resources to complete the project on time and under budget and responsible for raising requests for resources within budgeted allowance.Responsible for Development and training of allocated personnel.To be conversant with company and customer QHSE policies/ procedures and ensure that operatives understand and implement them in their responsible areas.Liaise with QA/QC and HSE managers on all aspects of Quality and HSE.Prepare and submit project completion feedback report to sales dept.Monitor progress of sub-contracted works, wherever applicable and ensure all applicable QHSE documents are available at point of use, in particular project specific QHSE documents are available at site.Ensure complete project data/ records are archived after completion of project and are forwarded to IS dept. for effective archiving.To ensure non-conformities in materials/ products are dealt in accordance with applicable management system procedure and appropriate corrective and preventive actions taken to prevent recurrence/ occurrence of non-conformities.To ensure required inspections and test of products are performed, inspection & test records maintained, prior to products handover to customers.

You will be based in Abu Dhabi and will be a part of a growing team that is responsible for the execution of Fire protection System projects within Oil & Gas sector in the Middle East region. You will prepare schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects, review compliance NFPA codes & UAE life safety Code , practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, project specifications and you will interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to support the team with the pre-sales/estimation.How you will do itAs an experienced Project Engineer, you will have expertise in project executions and complex knowledge of project designing of firefighting solutions including Fire Protection (water Based systems), Gas Suppression, Foam, and Alarm Detection Systems within Oil & GAS Sector in the Middle East region. What you will doThe Buyer will oversee the execution of strategic sourcing, procurement operations, and supplier selection for Indirect purchases to effectively support business unit needs. A primary objective of this role is to ensure that sites execute our Commodity strategies efficiently, driving a higher percentage of spend to achieve year-on-year savings and improve supplier performance management. Manage third-party sourcing and procurement activities by applying best practices to secure year-on-year savings, compliance, and operational efficiency. You will assess potential sources of supply and develop optimal pricing methodologies, warranty, and product/service performance requirements while identifying new sources of supply and acceptable new products/technologies.How you will do it• Drive procurement strategies to ensure best-in-class delivery, quality, cost, and compliance within the country, aligning with business objectives.• Lead the procurement process based on the suppliers' framework, including identification, research, evaluation, selection, and management, while maintaining a supplier database focused on strategic suppliers.• Conduct Spend Analysis and ensure detailed Spend Reporting by accurately reclassifying vendor spend according to proper taxonomy. The Application Engineer is a key role, reporting to the Sales Director, Applied Indirect Business responsible for our Indirect business across Middle East region. The team focuses on the HVAC product portfolio specifically Chillers, Air Handling Units and Fan Coil Units. You will be based in Dubai and will be part of an emergent team that is focused in expanding our footprint and customer base to achieve our strong growth objectives.You will be supporting sales team on application and product information. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to support the team with the pre-sales/estimation.You will use your technical expertise in Chillers/AHU/FCU to have the products specified by consultants. You will also be responsible for conducting training and seminars for consultants and end users in the region.You will be interacting with end users via phone or in person to gather information regarding the specifications to be produced and resolve problems, with the coordination with the BOD and sales engineers. Provide design and specification development support to consultants, contractors and end users with coordination with the BOD and sales engineers. You will assist in the design and development of new products and tools necessary to make target accounts comfortable and successful at selling HVAC equipment. Maintain accurate records of target accounts, opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts and correspondence in company approved databases.
