The Joinery Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all joinery works at site and/or workshop, ensuring high-quality production, timely execution, and compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and company policies.Requirements:Supervise and coordinate all joinery works (carpentry, woodwork, furniture installation, fit-out works).Read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and BOQs.Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks to carpenters and helpers.Ensure work is completed as per project timelines and quality standards.Monitor material usage and coordinate with store/purchase for requirements.Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship quality.Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other trades.Ensure proper use of tools, machinery, and equipment.Maintain discipline, productivity, and efficiency of the team.Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at site/workshop.Report daily progress, issues, and delays to management.
