Across an 8–10 week project, you will be solely responsible for:Technical audit of the existing site and production of a diagnostic reportFront-end and back-end development using modern, secure technologiesFull UX/UI build-out aligned to the UAE Design SystemBilingual Arabic/English implementation with correct RTL/LTR handlingCMS setup enabling non-technical staff to manage content independentlySEO fundamentals and Google Analytics 4 configurationDigital integration with electronic forms and communication channelsComprehensive QA testing (performance, security, accessibility, compatibility)Staff training and delivery of a bilingual site management guideFull handover of source code, assets, and credentials to the SMOPost-launch technical support (minimum 3 months)
