Plan, organize, and manage all phases of construction projects including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation.Lead project teams, including site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and consultants.Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on timelines, costs, risks, and quality.Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, authorities, and other stakeholders.Ensure that all work is executed in compliance with contractual, legal, and quality standards.Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Manage project documentation, contracts, RFIs, change orders, and approvals.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans.Chair project meetings and follow up on action items.Maintain high standards of safety, health, and environmental performance at the site
