Site Supervision & Execution Oversee daily landscape site activities, ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications. Manage hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and minor civil works execution. Ensure correct setting out, levels, and alignment for landscape features (kerbs, paving, planters, etc.). Coordination Coordinate with Project Engineer, Site Foreman, and Subcontractors for smooth site operations. Liaise with consultants for inspections and approvals (WIRs, MIRs). Communicate daily progress and issues to the Project Engineer or Manager. Quality Control Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with project specifications. Conduct inspections before and after installation of landscape components. Prepare and maintain site checklists and quality records. Material & Quantity Management Prepare daily material requisitions as per work progress. Verify deliveries and ensure proper storage of materials on site. Conduct quantity take-offs and monitor material usage to prevent wastage. Drawing & Documentation Review landscape drawings and ensure correct implementation on site. Mark up as-built changes and submit to drafting team for updates. Maintain daily site records, including manpower, equipment, and progress reports. Health, Safety & Environment Ensure compliance with company HSE policies on site. Monitor workers’ adherence to safety procedures during landscape works. Report any unsafe acts or conditions to the Safety Officer. Progress & Reporting Track daily progress and update project engineer on work status. Identify site issues, propose technical solutions, and assist in resolving delays. Participate in progress meetings and contribute to short-term planning.
