Perform day-to-day preventive and corrective activities of Air-conditioning – Split AC, Package AC, Window AC, CRAH, CRAC. 24/7 Availability to be able to attend Emergency Call Outs.
• Conduct daily high-quality Maintenance routine.
• Respond to contingencies to ensure restoration of system operations in the event of a component or system malfunction.
• Troubleshooting of, FCU, AHU, FAHU, SAC, WAC, Extract Fan, PKG unit, Pumps, Motors, Water Leak Detections, VAV’s, ,
Carryout inspections of the HVAC & MEP facilities to identify system single point of failure.
• Ensures in updating all technical/maintenance logs, databases, records & archives
• Requests equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of items required to complete
the necessary installation and/or repair.
• Responds to emergencies during or after hours for resolving immediate safety concerns.
• Performs other related duties assigned by Supervisor for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
