Accounting Operations & Financial Reporting Oversee full-cycle accounting including ledger entries, trial balances, P&L, balance sheets, and cash flows in line with IFRS and UAE financial standards. Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
Inventory & Cost Management (Gold/Jewellery Specific) Handle inventory valuation and cost allocation, monitor gold movements, compute product costs, and analyze loss/gain variations relevant to manufacturing or trading operations.
Financial Analysis & Reporting Prepare detailed financial reports, variance analyses, and management dashboards to aid strategic decision-making.
Compliance & Audits Ensure adherence to UAE regulations, VAT filings, internal control standards, and coordinate both internal and external audits.
System Implementation & Process Optimization Manage and improve finance systems like Wingold Next, ERP, or Tally; drive automation and streamline accounting workflows to improve efficiency.
Team Leadership & Training Supervise, coach, and develop the finance team to maintain accuracy and elevate performance standards.
