We are looking for an experienced Acrylic Fabrication Manager with strong hands-on knowledge of acrylic fabrication, thermoforming, and mould-based processes to lead shop-floor operations and deliver high-quality custom acrylic projects. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end acrylic fabrication: CNC routing, laser cutting, bending, polishing, bonding, and assembly Oversee thermoforming processes (oven, vacuum, pressure forming) and mould coordination Ensure production planning, quality control, and on-time project delivery Lead, train, and supervise fabrication teams Optimise material usage, reduce wastage, and improve process efficiency Maintain safety standards and SOPs across fabrication operations
