•Finance & Cash Handling Support:
•Coordinate with the finance department for daily cash transactions and
receipts.
•Assist in preparing basic summaries and reports for daily collections.
•Ensure accurate documentation and handover of cash to finance as per
company policy.
•Purchase & Inventory Management:
•Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requests to maintain required
quantities.
Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, orders, and deliveries.
•Maintain proper documentation of purchases and inventory updates.
•General Office Coordination.
•Support the operations team with day-to-day tasks.
•Maintain files, records, and communication logs.
