Position 1 – Admin / Accounts Assistant
Assist in day-to-day administrative and office operations.
Support the accounts team with data entry, filing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Handle correspondence, document management, and scheduling.
Coordinate with internal departments as needed.
Position 2 – Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Dubai Branch
Handle all government-related transactions including visa processing, Emirates ID, trade license renewals, and other PRO duties.
Liaise with relevant UAE government authorities (MOHRE, ICA, DED, RTA, etc.).
Maintain and organize all company and employee documents.
Ensure timely processing of all PRO-related tasks for the Dubai branch.
Position 3 – IT Support
Provide first-level technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
Assist in setting up and maintaining IT equipment and systems.
Troubleshoot day-to-day IT problems and escalate when necessary.
Support the team with basic network, email, and system administration tasks.
