### *Key Responsibilities:*


* Manage front desk duties and ensure smooth office operations

* Handle incoming calls, emails, and official correspondence

* Maintain filing systems, company records, and employee documentation

* Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments

* Prepare official letters, reports, and internal communication

* Oversee office supplies and liaise with vendors and service providers

* Support HR and finance functions including onboarding, payroll coordination, and attendance

* Maintain compliance with company policies and government regulations

* Coordinate administrative tasks across departments

### *Qualifications & Requirements:*


* Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in administration

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

* Professional demeanor with a proactive attitude
