Key Responsibilities

Production Management

• Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet business targets
• Monitor workflow and resource allocation across manufacturing units
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with engineering and design teams for product optimization

Quality Assurance & Control

• Develop and enforce quality standards across procurement and production
• Conduct audits, inspections, and testing to ensure compliance with specifications
• Implement QA/QC systems to prevent defects and reduce rework
• Ensure alignment with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP)2

Procurement & Supplier Management

• Source and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials and components
• Evaluate supplier performance and conduct site audits
• Ensure timely procurement aligned with production schedules
• Manage contracts, risk mitigation, and cost control strategies
