Effectively handling of Air Freight Export activities and coordinate with the Clients, Airlines, Overseas Agents, GHA and local authorities. Should have sufficient knowledge in GHA & custom clearance and relative activities.

What you will do:

• Expertise in managing aerospace shipments for key clients in the sector.
• Strong customer service skills, ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in executing Airway Bills and navigating airline online systems.
• Well-versed in Fasah and Saber systems, with the ability to prepare import/export declarations and delivery orders.
• Deep understanding of INCOTERMS, Air Freight terminology, and industry processes.
• Experience with Cargowise EDI or similar logistics platforms.
• Ensures timely invoicing and accurate cost booking for all shipments.
