Ali & Sons is looking for a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to support workshop operations and ensure vehicles are maintained to the highest performance and safety standards. This role is critical in delivering reliable service, maintaining quality workmanship, and supporting overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform periodic maintenance and minor service repairs in line with MG guidelines and company SOPs.

• Diagnose, repair, and replace faulty or worn vehicle components as per job orders.

• Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) to ensure vehicles meet quality standards.

• Use diagnostic tools (e.g., VDS scanners) to identify and resolve faults.

• Assist diagnostic technicians in troubleshooting and complex repairs when required.

• Maintain accurate job records, including clear write-ups and reporting of safety concerns.

• Follow job allocation procedures, including proper clock-in/out on assigned tasks.

• Coordinate with Workshop Controller and Parts Advisor for job progress and parts availability.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work environment.

• Adhere strictly to company policies, SOPs, and health & safety regulations.

• Continuously update technical knowledge through training and development programs.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
