Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, reliable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Ingest, transform, and load data from various sources into Azure-based data platforms.
• Collaborate with data architects, data analysts, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design optimal data solutions.
• Build and optimize data models for both analytical and operational use.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, security, and compliance across the platform.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production data pipelines and processes.
• Document solutions, workflows, and data models for internal knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Stay updated on Azure best practices and new services.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Data Engineering roles.
• Strong expertise with Azure Data Factory (ADF) for building and managing ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Experience with Azure data services such as Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Blob Storage.
• Solid understanding of SQL, data modeling, and database design.
• Knowledge of data integration patterns, performance optimization, and error handling.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Banking or financial services experience is highly desirable
