Bodyshop Manager - KSA Riyadh
1) 10 to 15 years’ proven experience as a body shop manager.
2) Meet and greet customers, establish good rapport, handle customer inquiries.
3) Maintaining relationships with insurance companies in order to settle claims quickly and fairly.
4) Maintain quality on Bodyshop repairs. Ensuring costs that quality control standards are met 100% and that customer satisfaction is maintained.
5) Analyse profit and loss status and plan jobs accordingly. Estimate cost and price of needed vehicle repairs and train team members in this ability.
6) Ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with state regulations and industry standards.
7) Good knowledge in statistical analysis of business projection.
8) Preparing periodic reports, budgets/business plans and financial report as per business needs.
9) Review estimates prepared by estimators to ensure that they are reasonable and within industry standards.
10) Knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques (manufacturing, paint finishes).
11) Fluent in Arabic & English (Read, write, and speak)
12) Preferably from Riyadh experience.
