We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Technician – Bus Division to join our FAMCO team in Abu Dhabi. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality body shop repairs and maintaining vehicle uptime through efficient and precise denting, painting, and welding work.

You will play a key role in delivering reliable service standards, supporting 24/7 operations, and contributing to customer satisfaction by minimizing rework and ensuring vehicles are returned to service quickly and safely.

What you will do

• Carry out denting, painting, and welding activities to ensure high-quality repair work

• Perform body shop repairs with minimal rework, following strict quality standards

• Use workshop manuals, tools, and best practices to improve productivity and efficiency

• Identify potential issues proactively while working on jobs in both workshop and field environments

• Ensure all work is conducted in line with safety protocols and company standards

• Maintain clear communication with the Foreman and Service Advisors on work progress and repairs completed

• Provide support for emergency and roadside assistance when required
