About the Role As part of our Home Healthcare team, you will provide tailored nursing care within private homes and premium settings, with a strong focus on patient dignity, comfort, and continuity of care. This position is ideal for nurses who are highly professional, well-presented, and confident in delivering care within premium, client-facing environments. Key Responsibilities Deliver one-to-one nursing care to patients in home and hotel settings Support patients with chronic conditions, mobility needs, and geriatric care Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate clinical documentation Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care Accompany patients to medical appointments where required Provide emotional support and build trusted, long-term patient relationships Role Details Based in Dubai (community/home care setting – not clinic/hospital-based) Rotational shifts within a structured schedule (48 hours per week) Travel within Dubai required; occasional international travel may be involved Work within a highly professional, discreet, and culturally sensitive environment Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including specialists and therapists
