In this role, you will be responsible for bringing the brands to life across multiple channels:
Brand Experience & Activations
Support and lead the execution of product launches, media events, showroom activations, and public engagements.
Plan and execute showroom sales events designed to increase customer footfall.
Collaborate with Senior Brand Managers on sponsorships and partnerships.
Develop and refresh brand assets across sales and aftersales locations.
Organize and manage brand-related internal and external events including showroom openings and refurbishments.
Drive public activations and guerilla activities to elevate brand visibility.
Manage event budgets and ensure strong PDCA reporting for continuous improvement.
In-store Experience & Brand Standards
Analyze brand positioning and gather consumer insights.
Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.
Maintain and implement brand standards across all sales and service locations.
Conduct regular audits and ensure alignment with customer experience and safety culture criteria.
Development & Growth
Participate in leadership and professional development training.
Support succession planning within the brand experience team by contributing to training, mentoring, and capability-building initiatives.
