About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will drive business process improvements, gather and analyze requirements, and manage stakeholder relationships to deliver high-impact solutions across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders
Develop functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and use cases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and manage stakeholder expectations
Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and confirm deliverables
Support project execution through requirements traceability, testing coordination, and issue resolution
Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation to end-users post-implementation
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
Strong proficiency in business analysis techniques and tools
Demonstrated expertise in requirement gathering and documentation
Experience implementing process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Proficiency with business analysis software and MS Office applications
Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PBA certification
Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian regulatory and cultural business environment
Experience using JIRA, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools
Proficiency in Arabic
