Key Responsibilities
PMO & Project Coordination
Support end-to-end delivery of HR and transformation projects
Develop and maintain project plans, trackers, dashboards, and status reports
Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
Maintain RAID logs, governance documentation, and action trackers
Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and follow-up actions
Ensure adherence to PMO standards, policies, and governance frameworks
Change Management & Transformation
Support implementation of organizational change and transformation initiatives
Assist in process improvement and operational optimization activities
Coordinate stakeholder communication and engagement plans
Support adoption and transition activities across departments
Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
Reporting & Data Analysis
Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations
Analyze project KPIs, transformation metrics, and operational data
Track project progress and provide analytical insights
Support workforce and business performance reporting
Utilize Power BI, Excel, or reporting tools for data visualization
