We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our façade division. The ideal candidate will help expand our market presence, build strong industry relationships, and support the acquisition of new façade projects.
Location: DUBAI & SHARJAH
Experience: 1–4 Years

Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the façade and glazing sector
Build and maintain relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and contractors
Generate leads, track project opportunities, and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and upcoming projects
Coordinate with estimation and engineering teams for tender submissions
Prepare and deliver company presentations and capability profiles
Follow up on proposals, assist in negotiations, and support deal closures
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Architecture/Business/Commerce.
1–4 years of experience in façade, construction, or building materials sales
Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of façade systems (aluminum, glazing, cladding, etc.)
Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and proactive
Desired candidate profile
Detail-oriented
Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills
Organized, goal focused, Target and result oriented
Time management and planning skills
Excellent communication skills
Candidates with valid UAE Driving License preferred
Qualification .
Bachelor or Master`s Degree in business administration or relevant discipline
Minimum 2 to 3 years proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in Construction Industry dealing with Client and Main consultant.
Driving license is an added advantage
