- Develop and execute strategic business plans targeting Chinese-speaking markets to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and forge partnerships with key stakeholders and clients in China, leveraging cultural nuances for successful negotiations.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape specific to the Chinese market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor products and marketing strategies that resonate with Chinese consumers.
- Utilize strong communication skills to present business proposals and conduct persuasive pitches in Mandarin.
- Monitor performance metrics and sales forecasts, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet or exceed targets.
- Attend industry events and conferences in China to network and identify potential business opportunities.
- Provide insights on regulatory and compliance issues affecting business operations in the Chinese market.
- Create detailed reports and presentations for senior management on market opportunities and performance.
- Foster relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and explore further business opportunities.
Preferably from a reputable financial services, banking or marketing/sales background.
