We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition in healthcare sector. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in recruitment agency business development, ideally within healthcare & Hospital hirings

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities of healthcare within UAE & middle East, private hospitals, Clinics, care homes, and healthcare service providers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement, presentations, and consultative selling.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Work closely with recruitment delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and fulfilment of client requirements.
• Manage tender opportunities, framework applications, and negotiations to secure long-term contracts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the healthcare staffing landscape.
• Represent the business at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
