Ensure operational efficiency, client satisfaction, turnaround-time, and quality of application processing in the company setup process through monitoring, process/system enhancements, and stakeholder coordination.
Client Service: Supervise onboarding operations, handle escalations, monitor client satisfaction, and support fast-track services (PrimePlus).
Process & System Enhancements: Lead improvements in the Lead-to-License (L2L) process, system upgrades, UI/UX, new packages, and ensure smooth post-implementation support.
Reporting & Analysis: Track leads, pipeline, conversion rates, and errors; recommend improvements.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as focal point for IT, Marketing, Compliance, Security, Finance, and external partners to streamline the client journey.
Focus: Operational efficiency, client satisfaction, process optimization, system enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration.
