In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of carpentry operations, including but not limited to:

• Full workshop management and daily operations

• Supervision of workforce and productivity

• End-to-end project execution and delivery

• Procurement and purchasing of materials

• Preparing and reviewing quotations and pricing

• Cost control and budget monitoring

• Ensuring quality standards and timely delivery

• Coordination with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

• Monitoring site progress and resolving operational issues

• Implementing efficient processes and improving workflow
