1. Event Planning & Execution: Plan and oversee the end-to-end management of catering events including the initial consultation, event delivery, and post event evaluation. Ensure the successful execution of events is limited to budget constraints but without compromising the quality and timeline requirements.
2. Managing Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their requirements, and resolve any issues or queries through personalized service. Act as the main point of contacts for clients and secure contracts using effective communication and negotiation skills.
3. Operational Oversight:Oversee planning and execution of all catering events (corporate, private, festivals, large-scale functions). Approve menus, event orders, staffing schedules, and logistics plans. Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and quality standards across all catering activities. Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficiency and consistency.
4. Leadership & Team Development: Lead and mentor Supervisors and Service Teams to deliver high-quality service. Define performance standards and conduct evaluations, coaching, and succession planning.
5. Financial Control: Engage in developing accurate budgets and implement cost controlling measures to achieve target revenue. Negotiate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement of goods and services of good quality at competitive rates.
6. Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional ideas to more brand visibility and reach. Utilize digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and email marketing to reach potential clients and drive engagement. Plan and execute events, tastings, and promotional activities to showcase the brand's catering offerings and attract new customers.
