The Office of the CEO announces its need to appoint an office manager who is highly efficient and professional in organizing and managing the work of the executive office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize the CEO's agenda efficiently.
• Coordinating official meetings and visits and preparing the necessary reports.
• Follow up internal and external correspondence in complete confidentiality.
• Managing daily communications and arranging the files and documents of the executive office.
• Supporting administrative operations and coordinating the work of support teams.
• Supervising the work of the office and ensuring a high level of organization and professionalism.
