Job Summary:
Responsible for the preparation of authentic hand-pulled noodles, ensuring consistency in texture, taste, and presentation while maintaining efficiency in a high-volume kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare dough and execute hand-pulling techniques with consistency
Ensure standardization of noodle thickness, texture, and portioning
Cook and assemble noodle dishes according to recipes
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
Manage prep schedules and mise en place
Minimize wastage and ensure cost control
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
Collaborate with the Head Chef for menu development
