- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to identify and rectify any defects, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Manage and monitor the progress of civil works, including concrete works, structural alterations, and finishes, ensuring they meet project deadlines.
- Supervise and mentor a team of civil fit-out workers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, progress updates, and material requisitions.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to project progress.
- Manage the efficient use of resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to stay within budget.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
