Job Title: Project Manager – Fit-Out & Contracting

(Projects: High-rise towers & residential developments) Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-Time Coordinate and schedule the work of all on-site teams (MEP, joinery, civil, finishes, etc.) Conduct regular site inspections and ensure high-quality execution of all works Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met Handle all client communication throughout the project lifecycle Prepare and review project schedules, progress reports, and action plans Identify risks or delays early and provide proactive solutions Work closely with procurement, accounts, and design teams to ensure smooth execution Attend site meetings, quality walkthroughs, and handovers Requirements Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in fit-out or contracting (UAE experience preferred) Strong technical knowledge of interiors, MEP coordination, and construction details Excellent communication and client-handling skills Ability to lead teams, manage time, and make decisions independently Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and site documentation tools
