Develop architectural and interior design concepts for luxury residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Prepare detailed drawings, 3D visuals, and material specifications aligned with luxury design standards. Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and material take-offs for interior and fit-out works. Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and present innovative design solutions. Coordinate with MEP and structural engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design accuracy and feasibility. Manage the design process from concept to site supervision, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery. Stay up to date with international design trends, luxury materials, and advanced finishing techniques. Ensure full compliance with local authority regulations and standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design (Master’s preferred).

15 years of professional experience in Dubai with a strong portfolio of luxury projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, and rendering software. Strong knowledge of luxury finishes, materials, and detailing. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
