- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports on site progress, issues, and resolutions.
- Implement cost control measures and monitor project expenditures to ensure budget compliance.
- Address any on-site issues promptly by proposing effective solutions while minimizing project delays.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards throughout all phases of construction.
- Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals, providing technical input for accurate project estimating.
- Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations on-site, conducting regular safety meetings and training sessions.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and labor teams to optimize workflow and maintain project schedules.
