Supervise soil investigations by contractor during tendering activities as well as during project construction.
Assist in coordinating the area allocation for Contractor’s temporary facilities with concerned Refinery departments and supervise the construction activities.
Review Civil materials used for construction as per specifications / standards mentioned in Contract.
Inspect survey works including verification of temporary bench marks.
Inspect concrete work.
Inspect building construction including all architectural works.
Inspect steel structure work except the major welding works which are to be supervised by specialist discipline.
Supervise flooring works.
Inspect fireproofing works.
Supervise fireproofing works.
Coordinate with concerned PD Inspection Engineer / Contractor for inspection activities related to structural steel work, painting and refractory works.
