Summary / Purpose of the position
Seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our client Insights Project Management Services
as a Client Acquisition Specialist.
This role is pivotal to the company’s growth in the UAE and the Gulf countries, focusing on identifying and
engaging potential customers such as Private Banks, Family Offices, High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs),
Investment Firms, and Hedge Funds.
As the first point of contact in Dubai, the specialist will play a critical role in establishing our presence in the
region, creating new business opportunities, and driving the adoption of the company’s innovative investment
solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep knowledge of the financial market and exceptional
communication skills to build strong relationships and generate high-value leads, making a lasting impact on the
company’s expansion and success in the UAE.
Main Responsibilities / Job Expectations
• Identify and Engage Leads: Research, locate, and establish contact with potential clients, including Private
Banks, Investment Firms, Hedge Funds, Family Offices and HNWIs within Dubai with a long-term plan to
expand engagement across the Gulf region.
• Schedule and Facilitate Appointments: Arrange meetings with potential clients, ensuring they are well-
informed about the company’s offerings and the value it can provide.
• Develop Outreach Strategies: Create and implement customized strategies to effectively target high-value
clients and meet acquisition goals.
• Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop strong and lasting relationships with key decision-makers,
ensuring trust and alignment with the company’s mission and services.
• Monitor Client Engagement: Track and analyst interactions with potential clients to refine outreach
efforts and improve overall conversion rates.
