- Oversee and process commission structures and payments for the sales team.
- Ensure accuracy in commission calculations and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare commission breakdowns, pay reports, collect and verify invoices from third parties (brokers) , maintain ledger for sales and brokers
- Work closely with the finance and sales teams to streamline commission policies.
