About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Consultant to join our team in Coimbatore. In this role, you will partner with clients to analyze business challenges, develop strategic recommendations, and support implementation initiatives across diverse industries. You will leverage both technical and non-technical skills to drive impactful solutions and foster long-term client relationships. Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities Develop clear, actionable recommendations and business cases Prepare and deliver client presentations, reports, and dashboards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions Manage stakeholder communications and maintain strong client relationships Support project planning, status tracking, and risk management activities Facilitate workshops and meetings to align on objectives and next steps Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field 2–7 years of consulting or relevant industry experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and in team environments Comfortable presenting to senior client stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SQL, Python or R for data analysis Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) Prior exposure to ERP or CRM implementation projects Certifications such as PMP, Prince2 or Lean Six Sigma
