- Research, plan and recommend travel options to clients based on their needs and preferences.
- Book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and activities for corporates
- Advise clients on travel requirements such as visas, passports, and vaccinations.
- Manage bookings and itinerary changes for clients, and ensure all travel documents are accurate and complete.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and travel suppliers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new travel products.
- Meet sales targets and revenue goals.
- Process payments and maintain financial records.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Must have 5+ years experience using GDS Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo.
- Must be strong with hotel bookings, transportation, meet and greet assistant
